Main home has oil heat with a startup of 100 gallons. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Main home and flex space are on separate water meters.
Please note that once approved, we require residents to take possession of the property within 14 days. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require that the move-in date be set within 14 days of the expected availability date.
