Tenant pays for renter's insurance, electricity ($120 avg), and internet. The owner is open to accommodating tenants with more/other furnishings, home goods, etc. Patio furniture will be added. Boating slips are on a first-come, first-serve basis. The owner is local and there for the tenant's needs.
